The service was awesome! While trying to find the right running shoe, I felt like I was among close friends (I really do have a friend who works for Fleet Feet which is why I ventured in). When I first walked in Casey (the boy one) greeted me instantly. I had to hold out on his awesome service though. Kasey (the girl one & my bestie) was extremely knowledgeable about how to find which shoes would be right for me! She explained that although I felt the appearance of a shoe was important, that the fit and feel were some of the most important features of a running shoe. I was a little skeptical at first when Kasey only brought out 3 boxes of shoes, I usually go through 10 boxes before finding THE ONE. After much complaining about the appearance and size of the shoes Kasey helped me realized that the comfort of the shoe was what really mattered. Turns out 10 boxes is too many, it only took 3 to make my feet happy! I will definitely be back again, making my way up from Bethany, Oklahoma!
The one on one help to find te perfect shoe. Also, the ability for the store reps to figure out how you run on the tread mill.

I love Fleet Feet and my awesome shoes!! This was my first visit to a Fleet Feet, and as soon as I walked into the store Casey, greeted me and fully explained their services. I have received so many compliments on my shoes and I am quick to tell everyone how wonderful Casey at the 60th & Yale Fleet Feet Store was and the clinics they provide. I am Fleet Feet shopper for life!
I like the fact that your staff is very knowledgeable about the fit of the shoes and concerns when you have a problem with your comfort as well as style when fitting. Also socks are a very important factor when fitting and I do not like the drysocks but I do like the other one which I can't remember the name $11.00 (I would be interested in knowing if they go sale). The sales person helped with a problem with a blister between the toes which I never had before and suggested a product ?name that I bought the sample size to try and has seem to help with the new shoes and went up half a size. The end of my story. Name removed

Knowledgable helpful staff and newest technologies and shoes
Mallory went out of her way to find the shoes that best fit me. She asked problems that I've had with soreness, my running goals, measured my feet while sitting and standing, watched me run on the treadmill, then found 3 different pairs for me to try. I hadn't realized the type of shoe and fit were so important when you run. I'm a beginner, so I've always just chosen a pair from a random store thinking that a "running" shoe would do. Thank you for your excellent service!
