Your employees are not high-pressure and are very knowledgeable. Whenever I come in to your store, I usually work with Richard, who is very helpful, friendly and has great suggestions. He's always very patient with me, especially since I don't always know exactly what I'm looking for.

The sales staff seems to be very well educated not just in the products but in the anatomy and physiology as it pertains to running/walking. Thoroughly able to explain product and benefits to customer. Time will determine the accuracy of their diagnosis and recommendations
The shoes are more lightweight than others and, to be honest, that is the first
time my feet have been measured in over 25 years. Your rep was patient and
pleasant, as well as helpful. I did not take advantage of the orthotics when I
was there the other day, but I plan to come back, likely next week.
