The customer service is amazing! Rachel took the time to size my feet and listen to what I was looking for in a walking shoe. I was shown several pairs of shoes and tried them all on. I was not rushed through the process or pressured to purchase anything. I left the store with a great pair of shoes and information on the walking clinics coming up. I can't wait to get started!

Excellent customer service! Your staff is knowledgable about all products. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and I was fitted for shoes that have been great to run in; I was helped in selecting gu products; and I even picked out some shorts and a top. I never felt rushed and I am very satisfied with all the items I purchased. I think the staff member who helped me might have been named Drew (he wore compression stockings).

She took her time analyzing my feet, running pattern, and shoe selection. She also spent time educating me on proper shoe selection and fit. So far I have been extremely pleased with what I purchased...what I was most impressed with was the service I received on an extremely busy evening!!! Also, I do not in any way, shape or form...pardon the puns...look like a runner or exerciser of any kind...and yet, Chris, the lady that waited on me, was as interested and excited to help me as if I were a marathon runner! I will be back to Fleet Feet.

The young woman that helped me was so much fun and worked really hard to find the perfect shoe for my foot. she was not even like a sales person which I truly appreciate having been in retail sales myself for 20years. I have a problem foot and the care that Fleet Feet offers to solve that problem is quite impressive.

I love the hands on service that you receive at Fleet Feet as well as the fact that the people on the sales floor actually know what they are talking about and how to fit you into the best shoe for your running and foot style. Its great to have a company full of people who aren't looking for the most expensive shoe or the biggest sale but instead looking to make you the most comfortable on your feet as possible. I will not ever buy a pair of running/athletic shoes from anywhere else ever again.

The sales associate was great. She asked good questions, she listened, and then we talked shoes. We didn't talk brands, colors, or fashion. We talked performance, fit, and comfort. It was a new experience for me and well worth it.
