Friendly staff, the site is clean, and they ensure the safety of all our furry friends!

We feel so comfortable leaving our puppy with you, whether it's a daycare day or an overnight stay. He's always excited to visit and he seems so happy playing the day away. We can tell that everyone really cares about the dogs well being, and all of the members of your team know each dog and sometimes they share a cute story or picture with you when you pick them up. The enrichment activities are really great too. We have nothing but positive things to say!

I know it's been good for Rayne. She gets annoyed being at home when I am trying to get things done. She doesn't stay in all day, but she's very satisfied when I pick her up because she could play with her friends.
She's always happy when I drop her off.

Staff clearly care about the dogs in their care. They are also very responsive and accommodating when I need to change the schedule at short notice.

The staff at Dogtopia Pickering are incredibly friendly and treat Piper as if she were their own. She always comes home happy and tired after a fun day of play with her friends. I appreciate how they keep me updated on her activities and give me access to the cameras so I can check in whenever I want. A big thank you to everyone at Dogtopia Pickering for taking such great care of Piper while I’m at work and ensuring she’s always in the best hands!
