All of the staff is very friendly. I am extremely comfortable leaving Buddy at Dogtopia and Buddy loves being there.
We are so happy with Dogtopia of Applewood. Our pup Howard has been going there for a couple of years now and just loves it. Each and every coach and staff member is super friendly, knowledgeable and always kind and loving towards all the dogs that attend. They clearly are in the right place for them and enjoy what they do. We really like the fact that it is kept so clean, not necessarily an easy task with dogs! We also like the fact that we can watch Howard periodically throughout the day via webcam. It seems that every week there are special activities for the dogs to enjoy which is a great way to keep them engaged and happy. Thank you to everyone there for all the attention, love and care given to all the dogs and a special thank you from Howard!

They greet our dog by name almost immediately after we started to use them. The team are always friendly, even when Piper drags them down the hall when it time to go home. We trust them with Piper and have found the daycare rate is reasonable.

The most friendly staff going from when you enter the front door to leaving at night. Caring and considerate of pet parents as well as the pets that come to your facility. Our pet absolutely loves coming there. As soon as he gets in the front door he tries to get into the play area with his friends. By. The time he gets home afterwards he is so tired which is great as he gets a good workout there. Chris who takes him for walks is phenomenal. . Thankyou all so much.

Dogtopia is a quick walk from where I live.
Very flexible service in that my book of 10 half day visits, being needed to be used up in 3 months, can be used on any weekday and I just show up with my dog. If I need a whole day, again I just show up and pay for that day.
I am able to board my dog there as well. Thus he has a place to go that is a good experience and familiar

It’s not just a “dog sitter”. The staff focus on the needs of our rescue Paisley. They nurture her and they do what’s best for her. They have an app where you can watch your pup in the play room. The crafts and photos shoots are my favourite thing to get periodically.
It was great to meet the team members from Dogtopia Aurora village. Questions and inquiries are responded promptly, and I could see the guests (dogs) were enjoying their stay there. Great job and keep up the good works!!

The staff are very patient and knowledgeable. They had my pup with separation anxiety feel so at ease and he did amazing at his meet and greet. Can’t wait for his play day on Monday.
