I enjoy that the dogs are receiving the appropriate attention they need and that I can check-in during the day via webcams.
I like that the location has other available services such as grooming - and recommended services for teeth cleaning.
The staff is super friendly and takes care of the dogs with at most care.
The fact that i can see our Harley at anytime via webcam, is amazing. This feature isn't available at other service providers.
Also, the staff is always present in the room, ensuring cleanliness and fresh water.
Our Harley comes home tired and well exercised for the day.

The staff is always so kind and so excited to see my pup every morning! They've been so patient and understanding with my very anxious dog, and now she gets so amped up to go to doggy day care and hang out with her friends! I love that I can always sneak a look at my dog through the cameras to make sure she's having fun (she always is)!

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They asked good questions and listened well to what we had to say. They have a good system in place to manage the flow of people and dogs. The fact that the dogs are introduced slowly then in the same space with the same dogs all day likely helps them feel comfortable and confident. Having the cameras to watch the dogs is an amazing perk!
