Dogs are placed in appropriate groups. I do get concerned when I see more than 12 dogs in a group.

How friendly your staff is. They all know Paris and she feels like it's a second home. I love the webcam. sometimes it bugs out a bit and it doesn't have full view of the room so if she's camping out near the doors, I can't see her. But other than that, it comes down to the staff.
Reliable, responsible, staff are caring and loving, we never have to worry about our pet while he is with them.

Shadow starts her Dogtopia day excited to be going and ends it "happy tired". We appreciate the staff's friendly greetings both at drop off and pick up, and the update at end of day. We love the webcam access to enjoy her play and interactions with other dogs. The recent offers / savings for boarding and unlimited day care were very much appreciated and helpful !
The staff are great. Everyone takes care of the dogs perfectly right when the dogs come in the front door until the time leave. Toby just loves everyone... The staff treat the dogs like their own. Highly recommend Dogtopia.
