Friendly staff, excellent service and wonderful care. My Dog likes to announce himself on arrival but in spite of the barking is always greeted with a smile. Zara does a fantastic job grooming as well - I couldn't believe how comfortable she made my anxious dog feel!
The staff is friendly and engaging - with the dogs and pet parents. They have me confidence to leave my dog in their hands. It truly feels like they care.

Thank you for leaving us a review! It was so nice to have Mocha in for his recent boarding stay, he had a blast! He brings so much energy and fun to the toybox and loves all dogs. His buddies always get excited to see him and play with him. We appreciate your constant support over the years and hope to see him for a drop-in daycare visit soon!
I took my pet for the first time to daycare and I must say the experience was amazing. I was well informed what to expect on the first day of meet and greet, followed by the tour of place where our pet will be staying and how the coaches will take care of them. I was also given access to the live video for the duration of my pet stay.
I will suggest to add more stable video streaming as most of the time it was either frozen or slow.
Overall it was a great experience and will definitely bring my pet back:)

Staff is always friendly and make my dog very comfortable getting his nails done.
He is in and out in about 10 minutes and oddly excited about going.

I'm happy Milo has a place where he can socialize with other dogs and other people. At the end of his v isit he is always so tired :)
Very Accommodating, Spark my Dog was happy in the meet and greet, and for sure he is going to schedule for daycare.
The staff is accommodating and extremely friendly! I have never had an unpleasant experience and I have been bringing my dog for two years and he loves it! He loves seeing his friends and I love knowing that he is taken care of and surrounded by great people and positive energy!

I want to express my sincere gratitude for my dogs' excellent care during their recent Daycare. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. Sophie gave us a thorough tour of the facility and patiently answered our questions, which put our minds at ease.
The environment was remarkably clean and well-kept, clearly reflecting the attentive care given to the dogs. When I picked up my boys at the end of the day, they were utterly happy and exhausted – a definite indication that they enjoyed their time!
I also really appreciate the access to the cameras. Checking in on my pups throughout the day provided extra peace of mind. The staff was always present with the pups, creating a safe and secure environment.
Thank you for taking such good care of my furry friends. I highly recommend the Dogtopia Aurora Village location to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place to leave their furry babies.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Groomer is amazing. My dog absolutely loves her. Day care is also amazing. Very clean and very attentive staff.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient location
All the staff are so friendly and take the time to help explain things to you. They have also been so good with my dog. She has never been to daycare before and they have been great at helping her get used to this new environment. The location is also nice in size and clean. I’d highly recommend this location.
