Very intuitive to what I needed.
Very personalized. I love my therapist, Erin. She always remembers what my key issues are and even my preference to have the warmer turned off (menopause). The front desk staff are very friendly and make an effort to call each person by name.
Autumn was awesome... she helped relieve a lot of the pain I was dealing with in my neck.. She's awesome!! Thank you Autumn. See you next month..

The atmosphere and staff
Very friendly and competent
I love the whole experience, the location is clean and all the employees are super friendly and make My husband and I very comfortable.
We had a couples massage. My husband's therapist asked several times if the pressure she was applying was ok. My therapist proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage and never once asked me if the pressure was ok. The only thing she said during the entire process was you can turnover on your back now and you can get dressed now. We had a 60 minute session, but I didn't realize they cut the session short until after I paid. My appointment was at 1:45 and we were dressed and at the counter to pay by 2:45. I doubt very seriously if I will go back.

Competent and professional therapists
The ease of scheduling, through the app is very convenient, but it's never a challenge to call and have it booked that way.
Everyone from front desk staff to the service providers are friendly and professional.
I had a family emergency come up, and had to cancel my appointment(s) and was charged a $60 fee. Even though I asked if I rescheduled could I avoid the fee and was told no.
Was very disappointed that I had to pay for two cancellation fees all because it was a “couples” massage.

Thank you for your feedback. I know it does not feel good to have to pay a no show fee however, we held 2 of our appointments for you for 2 weeks for a Saturday (our busiest day) with 2 of our highly sought after therapist. The $60 we collected only covered the therapist for the time they showed up to work for which they deserve since it would have otherwise been booked. Hope you can understand the other side of this and we would love to service you soon!

The therapists do a very nice job. They care about the patient's needs, and do their best to address those needs. The front desk personnel are friendly, efficient, and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing.
I had a very relaxing massage, felt so much better for it.

The atmosphere is so calming. Jamie was great! She tailored my massage to my needs, even checking up on the pressure and spots I needed.
Massage therapists listen and the front desk staff are friendly and efficient.
