I was sitting outside while our carpets and tile were being cleaned. We had two technicians and I could hear the supervisor very patiently telling the new employee exactly how things needed to be done and why. I was very impressed with the end result and the professional way they performed their jobs.

This is my second time using Zerorez, and both times I have ben absolutely pleased with their work. They have been considerate of my time and schedule- they call to confirm and give an estimated time the day before your service, and then the day of, I get a call when they are on their way. They work quickly, but efficiently, and they have been very friendly, kind and respectful each time. They have great pricing- who can argue with that!:) The first thing my husband said when he walked in the door the day of our service was, "Our carpets look great. I'm so pleased!" I will definitely recommend Zerorez to those around me, I already have! They are my #1 cleaning service!

Zerorez provided quick service fitting me in as soon as they could be in my area, my floors looked very clean and two spots were removed that I thought were there permanently.
