I have shared our good experiences we have had with Zerorez for the two previous jobs. We have always been very happy with the "no residue" procedure and the quick recovery of the carpet afterward. However, this latest job was a bit disappointing. It took two days with fans and turning on the basement heat to 78 degrees to get the carpet dry. I don't know what happened, but I was a bit frustrated. The carpet was soggy to the touch in several areas.

Good availability, I was able to get my carpets cleaned within a week. Technician called me 20 minutes prior to coming which was helpful. He assessed all the rooms and gave me a quote and was there for about 45 minutes and did a great job!
