The service provider was on time and very helpful in cleaning our carpets. They looked very good. Drying time a bit longer than indicated, but that was okay. Always like the use of "green" cleaning strategies. Please let us know when you find a quality tile and grout cleaner since his efforts to clean our shower were unsuccessful.
