Our carpets were so dirty, and they look much better! We also appreciated the "corner protectors" that kept our walls safe from the hose, also the door cover that kept our house warm while the hose poked through! Our friend and neighbor Jon Jenson was the one who cleaned the carpets for us, and he was friendly and nice, and so FAST! Trace pets look great, we are very happy with them!

We just moved into a new house, and the tile was actually worse- dirtier than I initially thought. Dustin had me come in and look so I could compare the clean with the dirty, and there was a HUGE difference. I have white grout and the house is 8 years old.
The representative explained the process to me with what expectations should occur.
Everyone I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable about the whole process.

Great service. the only thing is because of no chemicals maybe doesn't quite get the stains out quite as good as if you used a strong chemical
