Chris and his staff were exceptional--friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating without pressure to buy something. Chris was gracious and attentive to what I thought I was looking for in an ebike, quickly discerning what I really wanted, which was not what I thought I wanted. His suggestions to consider a variety of bikes was a very insightful and helpful learning process for me as I clarified my own thinking and what I needed in an ebike. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and very much appreciate Chris' no-pressure patience as I navigated my way through one of the largest selections of ebikes I've seen in New England. It was well worth the 90-minute drive to a superbly-stocked bike shop with a pleasant staff that happily answered questions and explained options without being condescending--one of the main reasons we made the drive to Mystic Cycle. Chris and his staff are true professionals.
