This is my second time using MCC for repairs. I was very pleased with the service I recieved the first time. You all do a great job. The shop always looks amazing. When I can, I hope to upgrade my gear and bicycle using this shop.
I brought my bicycle in for a few repairs. Tightening of a bolt on the handlebars making the front wobbly and loose. Also, the chain kept popping while peddling so I assumed one of the derailers needed fixing. I figured the bicycle needed a tune-up anyway. The attentive employee I spoke to gave it a diagnostic while I browsed the store a bit. Promptly, she told me a Level 1 Tune-Up would suffice. She was direct and honest about the price. ~$100 seemed fair to me. She set me a date that my bicycle would be worked on and ready for pickup. I decided to pay on the day of pickup. Upon pickup, the employee who completed my order and checkout was kind and courteous. I was so happy with how my bike came out. It rides much better so far! No popping and the gears change much smoother. I'll be back for future repair needs and upgrades. Thank you for the exceptional service all around!
This has been my bike shop forever. The new ownership is respectful of the traditions and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will remain my bike shop even if I have to come down from Boston!

I came in for the first time in a couple years since Aly and Chris took over and was so pleased with my visit!! Top notch customer service (i needed a new pair of bike shoes and the young man did all kids of measurements on my foot and found the perfect pair of shoes for me).

Took my bike in for a broken shifter cable. Mechanic "Sam" took me right in and fixed the cable. She was awesome- recommended a tune up as my rear wheel needed truing and the drivetrain needed cleaning. I would have normally passed on what i would have thought was an add-on sale, but Sam was so genuine in her repair of the cable that i agreed to the tune-up. She is an asset to the shop and i could not be any happier with the service. In the past I have been critical of the service i have received but Sam was great.
