Always helpful and courteous even when busy. Repair folks are the best. I ordered a pair of bike shoes and got them on a few days. Since I tried on same manufacturer but different model I was sure they would pick. The advantage of doing this in store was then being able to order the size I needed without return. My new bike shoes fit perfectly and the technician put on the clips quickly and perfectly.

The customer service at the Service Dept was absolutely perfect....I can't remember the young mans name but he said it was his 3rd day there.

He was prompt, courteous and extremely patient.

Had my bike up and on the road again within 30 mins and it was busy.

I came in to buy a helmet for our one year of and look at a bike for our three year old. The guy that helped us was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me make the right decisions. But what really made an impression on me was how he treated my three year old. He helped him learn the basics of his new bike and made him feel comfortable.

Everything! I am an 83 year old active senior who purchased a Trek bike from you several years ago however bike riding was put on the back burner when my husband became ill. Lately I decided I wanted to enjoy a leisurely ride again so, to be safe, I made an appointment at Mystic Bicycle Shop to have my bike serviced.

When I picked up the bike , which was ready on the scheduled day, it looked & rode like it was brand new.
However, what impressed me most about my visits to your store was your excellent staff - courteous young men & women who made me feel liked & valued. I wasn’t an old senior citizen they had to get out of the store as soon as possible. Julia even came out to my car to help me load my bike &, in a very gentle way, informed me that she thought I might have the rack on “upside down”!!! Talk about a senior moment!

While waiting to pick up the bike I was visiting with another customer who asked me why I brought my bike to Mystic
Cycle when surely there were other bicycle shops closer to my home in Waterford. Your excellent service and your outstanding staff are the answer to that question.
