Your mechanics leapt at my ailing bike and thoroughly assessed it problem(s). I normally would expect a shop on a Saturday afternoon to tell me they won't have time to work on my bike until later in the day, if at all. The first thing that came out of the young man's mouth (after greeting me at the entrance) was, 'ok. let's fix this.' I was actually taken aback. Not to mention my tubeless tire was particularly difficult to get off the rim and this person worked assiduously and with a smile throughout the ordeal. Everyone who was on the floor in the shop Saturday afternoon was exceptional. Kudos to your HR department and their hiring choices.

Ended up in the shop twice this weekend wit 2 different bikes. Service was awesome and repairs were made on the spot.

Fantastic shop! Chris got me dialed in with shoes and pedals for a new gravel bike. While
we were getting everything together I noticed how friendly and helpful everyone was as customers filtered in and out. Would highly recommend Mystic Cycle Centre.
