They explain their repairs and will spend as much time as necessary to understand every aspect of new bike purchases. Above and beyond, they are all very friendly - best bike shop experience I've ever had.

I ordered some tires online as a gift for my brother in law (he chose them, sent the info and I made the purchase). The specific tires I purchased were no longer available- instead of canceling my order they called me and offered to provide a better pair of tires at a matched price. Super customer service. They went beyond expectations to make things work out. They will always get my business, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Although I arrived to shop 30 minutes before store closing, both employees on duty were welcoming and helpful. Garrett was terrific in helping me pick out the perfect pair of socks for each person on my “stocking list”. Thank you.
