It was my first time into the store. I needed to have two tires seated onto my wheels, after another store told me it would be a week. My wife and I have both worked in bicycle stores in the past. You went above and beyond fixing my ebike. The manufactures bracket that held the speed controler keep breaking. You fabricated a solution that is working out wonderful. You were able to get my bike in and service the other other mechanical issues as well in one day. Exceeed my expectations!
