I appreciate being treated as a valued ‘regular’ at the shop by the nice folks who work there! The manager/owner Juan is a knowledgeable and helpful person, and Joe the mechanic really knows his stuff! The bikes and products are top-notch and the staff are warm and friendly. I’m a Trek fan and I wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else.

The Statesville store has a great team. I had a problem with my Himiway Ebike. I stopped in and they looked at it immediately. A few minutes later, my bike was fixed and I was on my way. I cannot thank these guys enough. I had every intention of leaving the bike there for a few days. Thanks so much for your customer service.

What do you like about our products and services?

The store was very helpful and had a great turn around time for my bike to be serviced. The only thing keeping me from a 10 was that I was not contacted about an additional item needed for my bike. It was just done and then I found out when I picked it up and had to pay.

I went in to purchase a bike and I took my brother who rides. I am 60 + years old and wanted to start riding again for health & wellness as well as making memories with my grandson. I purchased a Marlin 6 and my brother made seat adjustments for me and I love it first time on it. The staff was so nice and very encouraging and did not think I was crazy getting a bike now. I so appreciated that! Thanks so being such a warm and welcoming store!
