Paul seemed very knowledgable about what was wrong with my bike. The repairs were made quickly. Tema made clothing suggestion that were very helpful. When I came and got my bikes, Matt helped me load them.

I did not receive a text notification. When they called they were uncertain why the system did not send me the notification when my bike was done.

Service, Service, Service. I brought my daughter a bike, not purchased at Cabarrus Cycling, that needed it's derailleur adjusted. They quickly put it up on the stand, made some adjustments, and everything was great. Less than 5 minutes work for the skilled staff. I asked to pay, and they said no worries. Therefore, I thought it a great time to buy some cool front/rear lights for her bike which she totally loves. I also looked at some adult sized bikes. Very nice stuff. If my daughter continues to level up in bike skills and we need to go find something besides a parking lot, then I will definitely be coming to Cabarrus Cycling to get outfitted. Thank you very much for serving the local community, not matter the skill level.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient answering my questions and let me take a test ride on the bike. They also didn’t pressure me to buy the bike, they really wanted me to be comfortable with the bike.

Contacted CrossRoads Cycling Co.& Spoke with Rick about purchasing a Mountain Bike. Thankfully He steered me away from The Big Box stores on Inferior bikes with random generic parts that will fail. He then customized me into a Marlin 5 Gen 2 Mountain Bike ML 29 Color Azure & BTW It was on SALE!!! I was also treated like Family when their team customized the High post on the Seat to fit my size and then with no pressure allowed me to add accessories such as a Bontrager Commuter Fluid Seat & Kickstand along with gripping Race Face Pedals and then went and transferred in from another store a black Trek Solstice Helmet that I wanted .Their entire staff @ CrossRoads Cycling Co. treated me Royally so a Big Kudoz To them For being SIMPLY AMAZING & Oh Yeah I Absolutely 100 % LOVE My Marlin 5 Gen 2 Mountain Bike !!! All of the people working there were friendly and welcoming. Zak determined what the problem was and repaired it on the spot. Crossroads Cycling Company will defenitely be my local bike shop.
