Everyone at Christian Brothers Automotive was so kind and helpful. I broke down 3 hrs into a 22 hr drive to NC and had been sitting in my car all night long waiting for a tow truck. The tow truck dropped me off just as they were opening and the manager immediately began to make me feel like I was the most important person they had to deal with that day. He made my vehicle a top priority, and made sure I understood all that was needed to get me back on the road and even spoke to my father on the phone to make him aware of what was happening which put me more at ease. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me a ride to the store and later on to a motel for the night. Not once did I feel like I was in the way or a bother. They made me feel right at home. After a good night's sleep, they came and picked me up and had me back on the road by 10 am the following morning. I had no problems getting home and even was able to make it home in time for the senior Olympic games I was scheduled to compete in the following day. They were honest, and kept the cost down for me as much as possible. I would recommend (and have already) this automotive company to anyone who is near one of their many locations across the U.S. Thank you again for all that you did to make what could have been the most horrible trip and turned it into a wonderful experience. They were fast, available, and most of all courteous. I will be back to have more repairs done, my only little complaint was the price of diagnostics, the 120 dollars for each diagnostic seemed a little steep.

fast and courteous services

Love your place! I had my own cabin air filter and asked if someone could install it and cost to do so. I had just had sinus surgery and wasn’t supposed to be dropping my head down like you need to in order to install it. The quote was $46. for putting it in! I recently went in for my inspection to Jiffy Lube on 31st St. They saw the filter sitting in my passenger seat and offered to install it for free. I gave them the cash I had ($10.) and they took it but said you dont have to. $46. is too much! I sat there watching your guys helping out a guy who was having truck issues on his way somewhere coming up from Houston. Your guy was like oh we will get you going, no problem. Very helpful. Maybe he was tied to a well paying corporate situation. Just wasnt yalls normal helpful response as in the past.

All the associates at Christian Brothers are super friendly, honest, and helpful. I’ve had multiple services done on my car and most recently brought in my father in laws vehicle to fix as well. Their shuttle service is absolutely amazing and makes getting your car repaired or serviced so easy and convenient since you can drop it off and be brought to work or home while they work. I can’t not say enough good things about my experiences with this company. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!

I actually had a set appt and was seen at my apot time. A very friendly and respectful business. My appt only took 20 minutes. The waiting area was comfortable and impressive.
