Great service. Made an appointment online and drop off. Employees were kind and pleasant. Scheduled a shuttle to take me home. Driver (Cassidy) was polite and humble. Also picked me up the next day to pick up my vehicle. Look forward to using their services again.

Christian Brothers in Temple has been my go to place for the past couple of years. I have had some major work done on my jeep there and have not had any issues. I also go here for my oil changes as well and I like and appreciate that when I do they don't come back and try to upsell me on little things that most places do. They look over my jeep for me when I ask them to. The customer service is always 5stars from the moment I walk in to the moment I get my jeep back. Cassidy is GREAT. He remembers my name when I call and is always smiling when I get there and greets me every single time.

The customer service was outstanding. I brought it in for a brake job, and the shop foreman called and explained that it was actually a normal issue that I was experiencing which is why it only happened in the mornings. Could have sold me a brake job but did the right thing instead.

It was such a pleasant surprise when I realized that a Christian Brothers Automative was actually in my city, because the company has such a great reputation in other locations. I immediately noticed the professionalism of the Christian Brothers Automotive staff, including such things as their friendliness, showing great customer care in listening carefully to the issues I was experiencing, assuring me of plans to start immediately in getting my automotive needs taken care of, and something else quite important to me was that they let me know that if transportation was needed, it would be provided for me to get back home and to be picked up again and brought back to the company once my vehicle was repaired. When I initially walked into the main office, I noticed how the staff was dedicated to addressing their other customers' concerns, plus the waiting area was clean with the provisions of coffee and comfortable seating; however, for most of us who keep busy schedules, it was great to have the transportation shuttle available (which I took advantage of). The automative staff definitely made it a priority to stay in touch by phone to let me know the status of my repairs instead of my calling for information, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. For years, I was frustrated over who to turn to for automotive care due having had some really negative experiences (and I've been around for many years), so being treated with such amazing care is something that is superior to anything I've ever experienced. In my opinion, Christian Brothers Automotive knows exactly what customers want and need, and they provide excellence in their customer care. I am appreciative more than I can say and feel so fortunate to have access to Christian Brothers Automotive which provided me with such an easy and smooth customer experience, so I just feel the need to share what happened with me and to recommend the company to others.
