I was able to get my truck in and fixed within 4 hours on a Monday WUTH NO APPOINTMENT. The guys in Temple were absolutely fantastic, as they are in any Christian Brothers Automotive. Driving from Arizona in the heat with no AC was no fun, and I was not looking forward to driving back to my home Christian Brothers with no air. These guys found the issue, recalibrated the computer affecting the AC for no more than the diagnostic charge. You can imagine how ecstatic I was. You simply can’t go wrong with Christian Brothers.

I appreciated the professional courtesy and friendly attention by the staff. Everything was explained and discussed with us and we were kept informed of the work that was done.

What can i say, you have excellent customer service and do great work. 10 out of 10.

I chose the Branch on Kegley road in Temple because I can walk there from my house. As time has passed I find that CBA has been accurate, honesty and thorough in their estimates. I have not had to return a vehicle to them for a re-work of any kind due to mechanical or labor errors. They are flexible with scheduling and they understand the demands on their customers time. Currently I am deployed to the Balkans and the staff at that location have been most helpful in assisting my girlfriend and young adult son in completing needed repairs to an older Chev Suburban. They are patient, kind, honest and willing to put forth that little extra time and effort to ensure that my our experiences are positive. The price for a franchise store is a bit higher but it is one I am willing to pay in exchange for corporate backing of work and parts and an overall professional atmosphere and experience.

Everyone was so welcoming and they were able to complete a job I’ve been needing to get fix. It was on short notice as well, yet they still manage to allow me in. They have wifi so I was able to do my class work as well. I’m definitely coming back in the future and recommending this place to everyone I know.
