Thrilled! Finally got definitive answers for several possible repair concerns I had addressed with my former oil change business which I had been using for many years: leaks, engine burning smell, rattling sounds. While the former business rarely checked fluid levels, CBA did a full "physical" on my car and though I didn't think to discuss my car problems with them beforehand they diagnosed EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE. accurately! I was completely unaware this service was provided in addition to the oil change/fluid check one would expect. I was provided with a detailed written copy of the repair and costs along with a verbal explanation and honest assessment of which should be done immediately and which could wait. There was zero pressure as to where or who did them. Very professional and thorough. And not for nothing, having a swank waiting area with password protected WIFI AND coffee AND hot chocolate is icing on the cake. Honest, affordable car care, PLUS CHOCOLATE? Yes please. ;)

The customer service is second to none!! I trust the quality of parts and work done on my vehicle. There is a sense of community when I go in there, even though it has only been a few times. If feels they truly take care of their employees and value customer relationships.

The staff was very honest with me about what I needed. They kept me updated. I appreciated the ride to work. My car was ready at the time they said it was. I knew up front what I was going to pay.
