I love that Christian Brothers offers a shuttle service. My driver was courteous, and the car was clean. All of the employees are very nice. The only thing I would change is a little bit lower prices, or coupons.

I had my car towed to Christian Brothers because AAA recommended it, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received. My car was dropped there after hours. The next morning, I received a text that they had performed diagnostics and checked the car over, and they sent a link that showed an interactive list of things that were urgent, needed attention soon, and could be dealt with if I wanted. They then texted the number to call at my convenience. When I called, Bryan very patiently and clearly explained the issues that were found and what problems they were causing. He also took the time to answer my questions clearly and made me feel like I could proceed how I wanted to. The time estimate they gave was honest, the work they did was thorough, and my interaction with everyone involved was nothing but pleasant. Highly recommend.

I was able to get my car in for an evaluation quickly. I needed a battery when mine wasn't working right and was not able to make my original appointment time. The staff explained to me what was wrong and got me going again very quickly.

Very friendly. I was given a ride to my home and then picked up once my vehicle was ready. I was in a meeting. When they came to pick me up and they waited out side the building until I was ready. This made a wonderful impression on me and I’ve told many friends about it.
