Friendly & helpful. My transmission had failed on I-35 nearby their shop. Had the vehicle towed there. They quoted the complete transmission replacement. Overall they were very helpful & allowed me time to co-ordinate retrieving the car back to my home nearly a week after it was towed there. Highly recommend them.

No pressure, fast and friendly dispatch to pick you up or take you wherever when you are getting your car serviced. Wouldn't take my car ANYWHERE other than a Christian Brothers branch, and glad to see the local one here in Temple is the same quality as the Round Rock branch I used exclusively when I lived down there.

I like the ability to sign up for an appointment inline, it is easy through their website. I like that they have valet service to take you home or to work, and I like that they call you to let you know what needs to be done and give you options.

Fast and curttious

Friendly at the front desk. Just dropped my keys and left. I received a text letting me know my truck was ready. My seat and mirrors weren't adjusted differently. A great experience!

CBA is always friendly and fast. I appreciate the FB coupons that they publish occasionally.
