Make our doc feel at home
This was my first time using the boarding service. I loved that I could watch them on video while I was on vacation. Loved the NYE pictures they took and shared with me. I don’t love that there is no one there overnight - 7 pm to 6 am is a long time to be alone. I wish there was someone there until 9 or 10
so they could have one more potty break before they are left for the evening. This is my only hesitation on the service.

We have used all your services and have been happy with the care given to our puppy. We love how he is always welcomed to daycare and for all the love that is shown to him while he is there.
The entire staff has been welcoming since day one and my dog has improved significantly with her social anxiety and behavioral issues.

I like that you are flexible and allow us to have our dog fed three times a day with a combination of dry food, wet food, and all of her medication. She is high maintenance now that she is 14 :-)
The only thing I wish was different would be better camera quality for watching them throughout the day. It is very grainy and you cannot see them if they’re in the back of the room. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

The staff is amazing at Dogtopia! My puppy Marley loved a day of doggy daycare, and we are looking forward to her spending more time there. The facility was very clean, and the staff was not only friendly but also attentive to every dog’s needs. Marley had a blast socializing with the other pups, and it was clear that the staff really cares about each dog's well-being. The play areas were spacious and well-organized, allowing dogs to have fun in a safe environment. I was impressed by how quickly Marley adjusted to the new surroundings, which shows just how comfortable and welcoming the space is. I can't wait for more daycare days at Dogtopia!

Everyone is so nice, helpful, and provide prompt responses to questions. Love all the activities they provide to the pups and the holiday festivities were adorable!! I feel so secure with my pup going there and know she is going to have the best time!

We love Dogtopia! The staff is so kind and patient and really go above and beyond to make sure that our pup is well taken care of. The facility is clean and drop off and pick up are always quick and easy. Booking appointments online is so convenient. I’m very thankful to have somewhere safe and convenient to leave our pup when we can’t be with him.

I am very happy with the daycare, boarding, and salon services. Your employees are all top-notch. I am happy that there is a person in with the dogs and that there is a camera that I can check in now and then to see how the pup is doing. The only negative is that the cameras seem to go down often. This is not necessarily an employee issue but a facilities issue. But, I am very happy a Dogtopia opened in Bethpage!
The team relates very well to my dogs. One of my dogs is a rescue and can be shy and nervous around other people than family. She loves Dogtopia just like family!
