They are convenient and my dog has fun
The staff is great at Dogtopia. My dog has been coming there since he was very young. He is a high energy dog and when I ask him if he wants to go to doggie day care and see his friends he immediately jumps up and down and wiggles in excitement. That says it all for me. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
Tysons Corner Dogtopia staff takes great care of my 2 border collies! (3 & 2.5 yrs old).
I've been using 3 days/wk subscriptions which has been working out nicely. I divide their days 3/4; 3 days of social/play time w their Dogtopia pup pup friends / 4 days of backyard/outside time at home. On Dogtopia days, I always sign them up for fun activities i.e. obstacle courses, personalized art crafts, super fun photo shoots and also personal play time/brain games! Border collies need constant brain stimulation, hence I love these extracurricular activities. I do not mind the extra cost for these activities either, because good portion of it goes to supporting Military Veterans Service Dogs <3!!!
Sam Barker, AGM, is Dogtopia's gem!!! Her excellent & personable customer service skills are definitely worth mentioning. Like everything else in life, Dogtopia Tysons Corner is not perfect. Nothing is! However, whenever I express my concerns, Sam addresses it immediately and also reaches out via tel. AND responds to my email right away!
I would like to also mention that Elinor Miller, Pet Parent Coordinator, has also been awesome taking care of my pups and making sure they are happy, hence I am happy :)
Lastly, Ty, one of the Room Coaches, who's been there as long as i remember (it's been 2.5 yrs. since I started using this facility) is another stellar staff! I just wish she could be in the room where my pups are... :(

The facility is clean and does not smell. Staff is friendly and seem to interact with dogs well. Webcams are an asset. Dogs came home happy and not coughing or sick.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I am a helicopter mom andWas very skeptical at first about Having to board my dog. He is 12 years old and was never boarded before. The first time was a success the second time even better and now the third time was fantastic. I check the Web cams constantly and every time I saw the employees petting or scratching bellies getting on the floor and holding The dogs. I cannot say enough about dogtopia. Also, It is exceptionally clean and I love that. ❤️
I like how I can see my dog online. My dog is well cared for and happy when I pick him up and I am confident that he is secure in Dogtopia's hands.

It’s convenient, the staff is always friendly to me and my pup. The dogs are able to play al day too instead of being in crates.

I have had such a great impression of all of you!! The welcome I received in the morning and the happy people I deal with! It is so comforting to know that everyone I have met really likes dogs. This is a first for both my dog and myself and my dog and you all have made it so easy!!

Convenient location for me. The people I’ve met that work there all seem very nice to me and my dog. They make me feel that she’s important. Socialization for my dog with other dogs in a safe and watchful manner is important to me.. If she’s happy, I’m happy.
