My dog, Otis, has difficulty with strangers typically, with really just one exception: he adores every staff member at Dogtopia New Rochelle. He doesn’t go very often (maybe a few times a month) but every time he does, the staff greets him warmly by name and he rushes toward them happily. It’s been great for us to have a place so close by that we know he loves and where we feel comfortable leaving him for the day or extended stays.
We loved the spa service offered as well as the web cameras. This allowed us to check in on our pup when we were missing him while we were away.
All the coaches are amazing and they make my dog feel so loved.
First off, it is very convenient for me, just 1.3 miles from home! The hours open very much fits my schedule. And last, but not least, the staff is wonderful, they are super friendly and responsive but more important they are so well trained and my dog seems to love the staff more than me, which could be a negative but I can live with it
Everyone is friendly and they seem to really care about my dog. They remember her name!

The webcam is my favorite part! I love being able to watch Kevin having fun with his friends both human and canine. It is clear how much he loves the Dogtopians when he sprints into Daycare in the morning. And they seem genuinely thrilled to see him!
All the employees are fantastic and clearly enjoy working with the dogs.

My dog seems happy
I love that my two guys can play around all day. I like knowing that I have somewhere to take my guys if I need to be away or even a break for the day. Toby and Teddy have come to love Dogtopia. They are excited to get behind the door. At one point, I was not pleased with my guys being isolated from the Toybox group. But, the staff heard me out and worked to have my guys included. I sincerely appreciate that I was heard. The staff is so kind. I wish I could afford more days.
My dog Rico loves it at Dogtopia. The staff greet him like a family pup. He's always happy to go there and tired from playing when he gets back. Appreciate the live feed and that someone always answers when I call to check on Rico. Thank you!

I think the best part about Dogtopia is the staff. They are loving to all of the dogs which makes me feel very confident when I leave my dog there.
I do wish there was some access to fresh air for the animals.
They were very understanding and helpful with our last minute boarding booking. Everyone was kind and my mom's dog Ginger was very well taken care of. She doesn't often get boarded and I was a little worried she would have had to go home early for her behavior, but Ginger had a good time and went back home happy.

Staff know my dogs very well at this point and understand their quirks. We love the livestream access and text updates when there are daycare events. Our dogs always come back tired and happy.
Love that our dog is happy to go to Dogtopia and love that he doesn’t want to go home! Watching him play with other dogs is so much fun on the webcams. The creativity behind the birthday party (complete with goodie bags) to 4 the of July themed treats are just priceless! Thanks to the incredible staff for their love of the pups! It all shows in the results! A calm and rested puppy for 1.5 days after! Thank you!
