Both management and staff have been great. They take excellent care of our pup. They have a lot of patience with our Luna-tic. I have tried other places but have to say the Bethpage location is everything a pet owner would want.
The staff are just lovely. Dog lovers, patient, super kind. My only complaint is that prices are
just too high. I would bring my dog much more if the prices were about 15 to 20 percent lower.

We love that our dog is monitored by trained staff in open-play groups. Also, the playrooms are regularly sanitized to maintain a healthy space which is great, please keep this up. Finally the staff at the Fairfield location in CT genuinely care about each dog’s well-being.
So far I love the friendly humans who are so caring sndv chutes to meet my pups. I leave feeling comfortable about my kids being well taken care of.
What I love most about Dogtopia is how excited my dog gets every time we arrive—it’s clear he truly enjoys being there. The environment is welcoming, clean, and full of positive energy, which gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands.
I especially appreciate the variety of activities offered throughout the day that keep him engaged, active, and social. It’s more than just daycare—it feels like a place where he’s genuinely having fun and being cared for.
One of my favorite parts is the photos and updates they share. Being able to see him enjoying his day really makes a difference and reassures me that he’s happy and thriving while he’s there.
Overall, Dogtopia has been a wonderful experience for both of us, and I’m so grateful to have a place where my dog is not only cared for, but truly enjoys himself.

Great bath, nails and teeth care.
Dogtopia is great and my pup loves it. He knows the route and starts crying if we get stuck in traffic. I love that there are cameras in the rooms and I can check up on him and see him run around with all the other dogs when he's there. The staff is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure they know my name, but they definitely know my dogs hahaha!

Staff is friendly and attentive, they provide feedback from my pets visit. You can tell they take pride in the monthly events they hold for pets and pet parents. I know my dog Roman has a wonderful time when he runs through the door and doesn’t even look back at me!

The staff are clearly dog lovers and that comes through with how well they interact with our furry friends.
They are great with giving updates on how well my puppy is doing, who she plays with and how the day went.
I appreciate their responsiveness and the bond they’ve formed with Millie. She is always happy to arrive at daycare, which puts me at ease and I am secure, knowing that she is getting great attention, stimulation and care.
