Helpful staff and live webcam
The location is great for us, the staff is friendly and very welcoming to our rather quirky Maltese. We are so lucky that they usually can accommodate him even if we've waited until the last minute to finalize our plans to leave him. He's not a very social guy but his experiences at Dogtopia have made him a lot more accepting of other dogs than he used to be.
Friendly staff and accommodating program. I usually always get an appt last minute. My dog is so happy when he arrives and very sleepy on the ride home I like when the staff greet our dog by name when he arrives. It feels like a second home for him
Topaz absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. From the moment we walk in, the energy is always positive and welcoming.
Ms. Sam, the assistant manager, is consistently there at either drop-off or pick-up with a great attitude- friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It’s gotten to the point where Topaz won’t even leave without saying bye to her, which says a lot.
The coaches, Eleanor, Dakota, and Lamar are amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and make sure they’re safe, engaged, and having a good time.
It’s reassuring knowing Topaz is in such good hands.
I felt very comfortable leaving her with you guys. HOWEVER, we barely walked a block and Bibas turned around and was pulling me back to Dogtopia!
We love Dogtopia of Tysons Corner! The staff is incredible (shout out to the GM Sam) and the level of care they provide really stands out.
They keep things fun and engaging with enrichment activities like obstacle courses, pool parties, arts & crafts, and themed celebrations, which is perfect for an active pup. Fred gets so excited every time we pull up…he can’t wait to go in!
Most importantly, I know he’s with people who truly love dogs, and that means everything. So grateful for this team and the care they give my little puppy.

You really like dogs! It's not true for other dog care facilities.
I do want to mention that more supervision might be in order for weekends. Unlike during weekdays, facility smells like urine. Employees seem harried. One Saturday one of the entry doors was open because "it was too hot."
The staff made it very easy to get our dogs reevaluated and back up into the system. We appreciate this!

I like how organized and structured you are--the rules about pick up and drop off, the morning meetings you have about the dogs, the way (most of the time) whoever answers the phone can give me specific details about how Lily is doing. Taylor is always very knowledgeable and helpful! I enjoy the webcam, and like the way the larger dogs are in a different gym than the small ones.
I absolutely loved the people at Dogtopia of North Raleigh! The entire staff is always so friendly, kind, and understanding. They go above and beyond to make me and my pup feel comfortable and welcome!!

We have grown to love many of the staff at Dogtopia of New Rochelle over the last few years! To have a such a high level of comfort leaving our pups in great care, is priceless. They have made it easy to communicate with them and we appreciate the flexibility to accomodate Sky and Zuko and our family's needs. Pricing continues to be a challenge for us as both dogs are always charged full prices. After being loyal customers for so long, it would be nice to be offered a sibling discount. Also, we've always been charge for 2 suite boardings, even though both dogs share 1 suite for overnights. We would appreciate better video capabilities as it often doesn't work/connect, or the stream glitches. We would love to work with you to find ideal pricing models. In all transparency, we are looking at other alternatives that are not as expensive when we are gone more than 2 nights. Kindly find a great groomer soon. And, pay your staff well, they deserve it!
