Everyone is extremely friendly to me and truly loves their doggie customers. They offer daycare and overnight boarding services, as well as special events (for a fee). I have been bringing my dogs there for years.
Great staff - all are so great with our girl . They have a wide variety of events each month generally themed around any holidays. The hours are very accommodating and the facility is very clean - I highly recommend !

The staff is very friendly and genuinely love dogs and you feel good dropping your dog off with them, that they are going to take care of them and make them feel loved while they are there. I also love the web cams so I can check on my dog and see how he's doing throughout the day.
Small dog space option, In & outdoor space, nap time if there for a long period, can view pet on line, have trained staff that is friendly & caring.
We did a meet and great and the staff were very pleasant and knowledgable. Our pup seemed to enjoy herself.
Clean
Group care so my dog is socializing all day and having fun; separated into different rooms by size which is good for my small dog; doggie webcam so I can check on her and see that she’s happy!; always a person in the room to provide affection and clean up messes and generally keep order. And they provide spa services so my dog can have a bath before she comes home from boarding!
Dogtopia Fairfield provides a safe, loving environment for our dog Brad. The staff is friendly and amazingly attentive. I would highly recommend them for your dog

Dogtopia New Rochelle is the bomb! The staff are connected with the dogs in the best way possible. The team communicates well and knows the how and when to share information about our pup, Whitaker. We recently changed office locations and travel the extra time / miles to bring our dog to THIS team because they are part of our family now.
Friendly staff that know me and my dog by name when we come in. Thea is always happy and exhausted when she comes home. Safe and clean environment, I trust them with my pupper!
The Dogtopia in Elsemere is always very clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Our dog has a great time when she stays there for the day or a long boarding.

We always receive personalized, exceptional care at Dogtopia White Flint. I have come to know the folks who engage with our dog, and they are all really caring and friendly people. We can't imagine boarding him anywhere else! :)
The staff knows me and my dog very well. The staff are patient and kind with her, a dog with anxiety from her previous life in 3 different shelters before she got to us. I like the video cam so I can see my dog during the day, and see how she interacts with other dogs. I like the boarding services and the spa services. These are so convenient to have at the same place
The team relates very well to my dogs. One of my dogs is a rescue and can be shy and nervous around other people than family. She loves Dogtopia just like family!
