Big Frog turned around an order of shirts for me with 1 days' notice. The only issue I had was that the store had changed their hours and it was not updated on Big Frog's website so when I went to pick up my order they were closed. Luckily there was a gentleman there and he gave me my order. Other than that, the shirts turned out great.

Kate was amazing to work with. Getting shirts made was a bit intimidating for me. I called a few places and eventually ended up on the phone with Kate. She was friendly and told me to come in. On arrival Kate helped me re amp my old logo into something more modern, gave me ideas on shirts that will fit my needs. I ordered 12 shirts and the next day they were ready to pick up. I will definitely be going back to bullfrog for my printing needs!

The service was great and super fast. Emma was so polite and kind. I stopped in here for the first time to have a shirt made for my boyfriend. The shirt had a lot of meaning behind it and it was important to me that it was made just the way I pictured it. Emma asked questions and listened to me to make sure the shirt turned out great (and it did). They were completed on very short notice . And were beautifully designed and produced. As the DTG is a multi level production and time consuming to manufacture and not just a printed decal ironed on .The quality was exceptional and produced with such quality in garment as well as production quality these shirts will be long lasting and comfortable to wear for many years to come , which cant ba said about alot of things much less garments nor tshirts that stand the test of time for the user .

Found Big Frog Custom T-Shirts by accident during their soft opening when I was I looking for a company to design the Robotics | Drones | eSports Club jersey for my school, Pines Collegiate Academy 6-12. I'm so glad I did...Kevin was very easy to work with, and communication and response time was impeccable. Our jerseys came out exactly how I envisioned them, with turnaround time less than 2 weeks from initial communication. The sublimation of the jersey/polyester material came out great and is of high quality. We had so many compliments at a robotics competition where the jerseys were debuted...we can't wait to wear them for future events and for next year. Highly recommend Kevin and his team!
