Everyone was very cordial to me. For some reason, the emails the company sent me did not come through. Nevertheless, one representative assured me I could pick up my T-shirt on a Saturday morning.

We contacted the location for a print only job and they were happy to accept. When I arrived to drop off the materials to be printed they greeted me immediately and were very friendly. The staff member even suggested a potential change to the request which improved the final outcome. They went over the print position on the jackets and ensured that it was what we were looking for. We were very pleased with the final product at pick up and will reach out again for any similar needs.

I totally enjoyed the young lady that helped me. I told her what I wanted and she gave me more ideas while standing there looking at the process on her computer. She was sooooo patient!!!

I needed a small quantity (14) of shirts in a small amount of time (2 days), and I had a relatively small budget. It was a big ask and I went in assuming it couldn't be done. Then I met Duane. He happily accepted the project, helped me choose a quality, in-stock shirt...and got them printed by the next day!

More than that, he was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. In fact, we're already talking about the next project!

I can get t-shirts and other promotional items from a hundred different providers, but none of them will take the same interest and care that Duane does. So I'll always choose Big Frog!
