OK. I had 14 special rain jackets made for a family vacation to Alaska. They were nice quality nylon jackets which are difficult to put decorations with the heat damaging them. We had a large picture on the back and individual names on the front and were completed in a weeks time. I had a minor issue with one of the names that the corrected without a hassle. The jackets were a blast and went over well with the entire family.

I'm delighted with my first experience (of many to come, I'm certain) with Big Frog of Tucson. I had a brilliant idea to make some custom shirts to promote my book, and submitted a query via the BF website. Adrian replied promptly, and actually came in on the first two days of a holiday weekend to fulfill my order. The shirts were a big hit at the conference I attended, and now I'm happy to tell everyone about Big Frog and Adrian!

From the time I walked into the store, Deondre was Professional and he listened to my questions and quickly provided answers and assured me he could accommodate my custom T-Short design requests. The custom graduation shirts I had made turned out great. The prompt response to email questions was greatly appreciated since I live out of town.

She was so kind and went above and beyond to help with 1st: my daughters 1 year memorial shirts. Then I came back for help for a custom order for my daughters memorial flag and she personally showed me how to transfer the design onto my daughters memorial flag for her grave. I am new to all this crafty/design stuff but every time I come here she is so helpful and take the stress out of it for me. I am always running last minute trying to make things perfect and she always has always been able to take care of me or give me suggestions. I am so appreciative for her help and love their prices compared to other places I have gone. Absolutely recommend there is so much they can do and help you with.
