I've worked with Big Frog Sugar Land, more than a handful of times, and they have always been so nice and great to work with! I love that that are easy to work with and want to help work with us as best as possible. Even after, only stopping in to pick up items 2-3x, they knew who I was, the company, etc. was a wonderful touch of great customer service.
After working with them, I did notice that there was a location that was closer to the office, I still choose to work with the location in Sugar Land, since they are so friendly. Convenience is something that, if possible, I ALWAYS lean towards, but the staff at Sugar Land didn't even make me think twice about changing. Anytime that we can, we always get in touch with Big Frog to see if it is something that they are able to help with, and 99% of the time they can. They also work with the deadlines that we have. Very accommodating and customer focused!
