Zack and Kim are fantastic as are Joan and Sam the instructors. It is clear however (not through any complaint or indication from them) that there is limited to no outside/corporate management support. The retaining of employees is horrendous. It’s quite surprising you still have them (probably because they don’t see their worth yet and when they do you’ll lose them too). They’re the reason we go there, hopefully the increase in the already insane prices are going to their salaries.
My kids take lessons most in the colder months, the staff here are always friendly and extremely kind!! Keep up the amazing work Bellmore location.

Every instructor is great with their students! My kids absolutely loveeee Miss. Kylie!! They started out not wanting to even get in the water for lessons and Kylie has totally changed that!

My daughter has been swimming with ms. Evelyn since she was 9 months (she’s now 3 year old). We LOVE LOVE her. My daughter is so comfortable with her and she really takes time and patience to teach her to swim. She is confident in the water thanks to Ms. Evelyn. We will be starting our son in the parent tot class as well. Highly recommend!

The entire swimming process has been absolutely amazing. From our instructor, Cat, to the entire staff, everyone takes the time to teach the proper way to swim. Lessons are never rushed, and the encouragement and support throughout each session truly make a difference. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping swimmers feel confident and successful. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Everyone is friendly, always greeted when we arrive and leave. Love our instructor Joan, she’s patient and gentle with our child.

Staff here is very friendly, kind and helpful. Kelly, Kim, Zack, Joan and the others are super pleasant. My daughter is very comfortable here. We’ve been coming a few year now, but they understand and love at her pace. They are very encouraging and that has certainly helped her along. I would definitely recommend them.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Saf-T Swim at the Melville location. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Both of my boys absolutely love their instructor, Mr. Marcus. Since they started swimming lessons in the summer, they’ve truly built a strong bond with him and made remarkable progress under his teaching.
My older son used to be afraid of water droplets on his face, even during bath time. Now, he can comfortably float on the water without being held - what a big difference compare to 6 months ago. My younger son also fully enjoys every single session and always looks forward to class.
Throughout our time here, Pamela, Gus, and Aleska have been amazing with communication, whether it’s rescheduling classes, arranging makeup lessons, or finding backup instructors. When Mr. Marcus recently decided to move on to the next chapter of his life (which is bittersweet for us), the manager Lauren was incredibly supportive in helping us find a new instructor and coordinating class times that worked for our family.
The facility itself is always clean, peaceful, and calm. We’ve consistently enjoyed the atmosphere and the space at the school. We’re truly grateful for the care and dedication of the entire team at Saf-T Swim Melville and would highly recommend it to any family.
The pool is warm, it's a very kid friendly environment and the staff members are super attentive.
I like the patience the instructors have, and the interaction that both instructors and staff have with the students and the parents.
