Professional and friendly staff, user friendly app and good lesson structure. Love our primary instructor, Nicole, who teaches my son and have been with her for at least two years. I even signed up my daughter with her, so she now teaches both my kids. They love their classes, are excited during each class and always look forward to the next one. She is courteous, patient, professional and focused with the kids. Their skills have progressed tremendously since they started as beginners. We also like alternate instructors, Vanshika and Meagan when Nicole isn't available.

We are so grateful for the staff at Saf-T Swim Levittown. We have felt like family. We especially have appreciated the patience and amazing attitude of Arisleiny. She has helped to make our little swimmer worked to her potential. She has been an amazing support & made sure to openly communicate with us about how to better enhance the skills needed. When the day comes when we will have to part from Arisleiny, it will be a very sad for us.
My son’s instructor Vincent from the Levittown location is amazing. He’s kind and patient and really works well with my son to teach him.

My kids have really improved their swimming by have one-on-one classes. It took a while to find the right instructors but we have been with our current instructors for about a year and they are amazing.
The facilities could be a little better, cleaner for sure.

Our experience with all of the staff at the Saf-T-Swim Melville location has been nothing short of wonderful. From the staff in the front knowing my kids by name when we come in and they greet us to both of our amazing instructors (special shout outs out Pam and Aniya), the sense of community and care is unmatched. Both of my children (ages 5 and 2) feel so much more comfortable around the water after only a few short months which is truly priceless.

Jason and Rory are, hands down, the best front desk team I’ve ever encountered at a swim school. From the moment you walk in, they create a welcoming and organized atmosphere that makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Jason is incredibly efficient—he somehow manages to check people in, answer calls, and handle scheduling changes all at once without missing a beat. He’s always polite, professional, and quick to solve any issues that come up.
Rory, on the other hand, has an energy that makes the place feel lively and inviting. Whether he’s helping a nervous new swimmer feel more comfortable or answering a million parent questions with patience and a smile, he makes sure everything runs seamlessly.
Together, they keep the front desk running like a well-oiled machine. If you ever have a question, need to reschedule, or just need a friendly face to greet you, Jason and Rory are the ones to go to. Saf-T-Swim is lucky to have them!
My instructor is Evelyn. She is patient, never makes me stupid and has kind words. She is always coming up with different ways for me to conquer my fears and to accomplish my goals. I am 69 years old and have never learned to swim and get panic attacks when I can’t touch the bottom (which I am trying hard to overcome).
I would recommend Evelyn to anyone who wants to succeed. Again, she is fantastic!!!
