Ms. Evelyn at Saf-T Swim Bohemia is truly exceptional! She’s incredibly encouraging and always pushes her students to strive for their best. Her dedication and positive energy make a huge difference in building confidence and skill in the water. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students’ progress and celebrates every milestone with them. We are so grateful for her motivation and support — she’s a fantastic instructor!
Safety swim is great! The instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. My granddaughter started at 8mnths. It’s been over a year and I am amazed at how much she knows. Her swim skills are very good and she loves being in the pool. I highly recommend safety swim!
The place is clean and The staff are very nice. They make sure the students are really learning specially students with disability.
I enrolled my grandson in swim lessons and so far he is doing well. When he has been sick and unable to attend, the staff has been wonderful about rescheduling him. He is in the beginner group and learning a lot. Group is much better than expected. Very pleased !
Saf-T-Swim has been an awesome experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the front desk team — especially Jason. From the moment you walk in, Jason makes the place feel welcoming and well-run. He’s always upbeat, professional, and super helpful no matter what you need — whether it’s handling scheduling questions, following up on class updates, or just greeting everyone with a smile. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure every visit goes smoothly. Jason consistently goes above and beyond, and it shows.
Rory’s also been helpful during my visits. He’s polite and gets things done, and I’ve never had an issue when he’s at the front desk. While he doesn’t stand out quite like Jason does, he’s still part of what makes things run efficiently.
Overall, the front desk team sets the tone for a great experience at Saf-T-Swim. Big thanks to Jason for always bringing his A-game — he’s a real standout and definitely makes a positive impact every time I come in.
Really kind, patient, and effective instructors. Nice, clean facilities. We’ve been to three different locations. Some are better than others, but they’re all acceptable. Our favorite location is the best because there’s always ample parking available, two pools, and tons of changing rooms and bathrooms. This wasn’t the case at the other locations. The other locations I would probably rate at a 7 or 8 due to those shortcomings. Stll good, though.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. It was my son’s first time and he was a little scared but Terri was so patient and friendly. She gave very thorough instructions which put me at ease and made me less nervous as well. It was VERY evident from just observing the other parents and children in the class that their programs are unmatched.

we have been with little neck location for 14 months. we love the staff and the location is always clean. We do wish our son would have advanced a little more by now. I would like to understand the process for advancement (what are the requirments). I do sometimes think about switching to another swim program because I see other kids his age (18 months) more advanced with swim from their programs. I fear he still doesn't have the survival experience he would need if godforbid he fell In with no one around
I like that we have a 1-on-1 lesson. This allows for focused attention on my child, his skills, and the ability to target his specific areas of improvement. I like being able to walk him out onto the deck for added safety, to help prevent a slip or fall. I also like being able to walk on the deck to speak with the instructor about his focus areas from lesson to lesson, or if there is a substitute instructor, or he is making up a class. I also like the ability for group lessons if needed. I like being able to watch his lesson from the room, so he's not distracted. I also liked the recent swim-and-tell session and more frequent updates in the app.

I loved the instructor! My son is very very afraid of water but he likes his instructor Abigail so much, we will be continuing lessons. Also I liked that they allowed us a trial run to see if he would even like the lessons first. Really great service
The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.
My daughter does really well with Ms. Amanda. She is already floating and starting to swim after two lessons. Ms. Amanda is great with my energetic 2.5 year old.
I like that it was clean, watn overly crowded. The instructor was attentive and the staff was helpful.
