We always enjoy Saf T Swim. The worst part of the place is the other customers! Unfortunately you cannot control that lol. Changing room hogs!
Instructors have all been great. A cleaner bathroom would be nice, cleaner windows to watch the lessons would also be nice. Other than that front desk are always friendly and willing to help. Instructors have all been pretty wonderful especially our Emma.

I loved everything about my Saf-T-Swim experience. I signed my daughter and myself up and from start to finish the process was easy, convenient and affordable. The facility is in tip top shape and the staff is wonderful! Compliments to Reggie, Chris, both current Veronica's, Nicole and Damion! After only a few classes my daughter is gaining confidence and skills already and I felt more confident after my free trial class! I can't wait to get back there. Keep up the great work!

After 77 years as a non-swimmer, I never thought I would ever learn to swim. Part of this belief was fear…fear of drowning, fear of failure, fear of embarrassment…..All I had going for me was commitment.
My experiences at Saf-T-Swim gave me the hope and self-confidence I needed to surrender one fear after another. I can’t say enough to fully express my gratitude to Ashley and Steven. Together they taught me skills I never thought possible. Not only am I swimming….I don’t want to get out of the pool!
Really like how they have helped my kids continue to grow in their comfort with swimming and push them to try new things. They make the classes enjoyable for them as well.

Been into safe t swim for two years into three years ! I like the pool is clean and when the instructor is out they notify parents who the sub are! I think the most important is to have the enthusiastic in teaching kids so my kids can learn and continue on . It’s was hard for us to met the right instructor so my kids can learn . I will recommend to my friend and others
My children love Saf-T-Swm. They are in their happy place when they have their weekly private lesson. The staff, especially the front desk, are kind and nurturing. During holidays we look forward to the special events they offer.
Cleanliness and friendliness
The help and service at this facility has been great...They try to accommodate you as best as they can.
Christine is the ONLY instructor that I will allow my son to see from now on. The substitute instructors seem to be ill prepared to handle a 3 year old. The classes are too expensive to not receive the best instruction possible. If Christine ever leaves we will also. She is so amazingly talented at what she does and has an amazing bond with my child and the others that I have observed. She is a gem and makes the experience worth every cent.

My son loves Shaquan. We chose Shaquan based on his bio on your website and his love for working with kids teaching them how to be safe swimmers is evident. He taught my son how to swim in less than a month. Shaquan is the best swim instructor we have ever had !! Thank you Shaquan you're amazing !!!
