My son’s instructor Patrick is extremely patient with him. He has ASD and Patrick works with him and continues to work on skills that may take longer than other students. We are extremely happy. Kara is usually at the front desk when we have lessons and she knows him by name and is always kind and welcoming.

Saf-T Swim Commack has a supportive environment for swimmers and parents. I would like to give a shout out to Trish who is one of the managers who takes the time to maintain a positive culture as well as Carlos one of the instructors. He really has helped our son to thrive in the pool and develop a passion for swimming.
This was my first time swimming as an adult, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was part of a group of 8-9, and our coach, Tyler, did an excellent job leading the session. Even though we were all at different swimming levels, Tyler was patient and made sure to give each of us a version of the practice that matched our abilities. What stood out most was how encouraging he was—affirming our efforts while also giving constructive critiques so that we could improve with each swim. It was a supportive and motivating environment, and I left feeling both more confident and excited to continue learning. I came home and encouraged my friends and family members to join with me.

Swimming is amazing - from the smile on my granddaughter’s face and joy in her comments, “That was so much fun!” She loves learning and every teacher she has had lessons from.
My daughter learned to swim here . Her 1st birthday party was held at Safety Swim. At a young age of 5 months she started swim lessons here and her love for swimming was cultivated by safety swim she’s 11 and on the swim team now.
My daughter is only five years old and she already knows how to swim in only six months! and most of all she loves the pool! That is thanks to the wonderful swim instructors that you have provided her with.
Emma is a wonderful instructor as well as the makeups we’ve had thus far. Emma makes the kids feel encouraged. From front desk to instructors . I’m impressed because so far, almost everyone has been kid friendly. Carlos, we had Carlos today and his kindness, respect and patience really impressed me and gave me a sense of relief and safety for my children. A safe and friendly environment for them to learn such an important life skill. It’s important.

I recently signed myself and my daughter up for the parent-tot classes, and I also do my own 1:1 lesson afterwards. The experience with Caiden, Andy and my daughter’s last lesson with Javier was the most productive. She listened and followed his instructions without hesitation or fear. We both still have a ways to go, but our overall experience here have been great. I am looking forward to successfully completing our swimming lessons!☺️

The staff at Commack Saf-T-Swim is always so friendly and accommodating. I have been taking my son for private swim lessons for the last 4 years. Claudia is always a pleasure to work with and is always so helpful whenever an issue arises. She is always so welcoming and my son is excited to see her every week. Charlie G has been an amazing instructor and my son adores him and has progressed tremendously since he has been taking lessons with him. They are both assets to this location.

Saf-T-Swim in Smithtown is truly outstanding! I can’t say enough about the entire staff . every single person here plays a role in making it such a positive and welcoming place. The front desk team, Alyia, Gianna, and Ori, are always warm, organized, and helpful, making check-in and scheduling effortless.
My son’s instructor, Terresa, is phenomenal, patient, encouraging, and gifted at helping kids gain confidence in the water. She has been a huge part of my son’s progress and excitement for swim lessons.
The lifeguards, Danny and Cameron, are attentive, professional, and caring. Knowing they’re watching over the pool gives me such peace of mind.

The instructors are amazing at the Bohemia location. My daughter has been swimming there since she was 1 and is now almost 8. She absolutely loves it and went from the child we couldn’t get in the water to the child we can’t get out of it!
