Friendly staff and good environment for kids
The staff is always great, everyone always. Rates are competitive with goldfish and the Y, but Jack is far more cooperative with you guys at safe-t-swim. Thanks
My child is 4 yrs and on the spectrum and miss Amanda does a fantastic job making her comfortable and she now likes being in water. While it’s been only 2-3 months but I am hopefully she will be able to learn it soon

The instructors are very knowledgeable.
We have found the instructors friendly, approachable, and responsive to our parental feedback. If I were to make one criticism it would be to have more personnel on the front desk. On a number of occasions we have found only one young woman available to book schedules, take payments, and answer questions. While today, and previously, the woman has done her best to attend to everyone in a timely way, she is only one person and it’s obvious Safety Swim needs additional people up front.

My 3 year old daughter is always excited to go to swimming class. Her instructor Chanel is dedicated, patient, caring, and makes learning to swim fun and safe. The other instructors like Leah D., Olivier, Ava, and Melissa that my daughter had the opportunity to learn with for make-up class were kind, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are friendly, and they will work with you with scheduling and request. Overall, the facility is clean and well-run.
