Excellent service as usual
This made our travel so easy. We loved the covered parking option and felt it was worth the additional cost. The shuttle was making its way around as soon as we were unloading our vehicle, so we didn't have to wait. Upon our return, we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We will be using this service whenever we travel.

Easy location, quick pick up at both garage and airport. Very simple process at a reasonable price.
Almost every single time the staff is friendly and courteous. That is the most important. Not everyone knows how parking lots work and having a warm welcome makes all the difference.
That being said . When I was waiting for the shuttle last time the driver was very short and rude to everyone. No hello, just "what space" and " terminal ?" In a very sharp voice. This was on June 1 at 11:30 am. People getting on were confused and figured she was just having a very bad day. She clearly was frustrated.
Again over all I think your service is wonderful and I always tip the drivers because of their good service.

I called the after hours number as we were there past 10pm, someone answered right away and told us exactly where to go. We were there less than 5 minutes and got picked up. Seamless process!
Customer service is great. The shuttle quickly picks you up for the very short trip to the airport. And, when you return from your trip, the shuttle is either right there to pick you up or you are waiting only a short time to be picked up to be dropped off at your vehicle.
