Everything is awesome and easy!
The staff is efficient and picks me up near my car when I park and is very pleasant.
My only complaint is the tickets list the wrong pick up spot for Terminal A at EWR.

Great Customer Service All Around...
The covered parking is very efficient and the Parking Spot driver gets me to the airport in a timely manner. The pre-pay & scan service makes it easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Love the early bird discounts and the cold water at the exit. Drivers are professional and assist you with your luggage. Keep up the excellent work!

Customer service (Daniel) was excellent! In addition, parking lots always feel secure, shuttles to and from the airport are prompt.
