I like the convenience of the parking area and shuttle. The only thing I would recommend is how the shuttle picks up people at the airport. There needs to be some way to have people wait in line with a rope process. It was so awful when we tried to stay close to the curb to get onto the shuttle. People were pushing their way to the front and before we knew it, we had to wait for 4 shuttles to come by. We are not trouble makers so of course we tried to be respectful when we saw the elderly or those with children. An angry man finally started yelling saying that they had been waiting and did not realize that my husband and I had been there way before they did. There should be a specific line for each shuttle!
Everything is so well organized! I will definitely be back the next time I fly out of Oakland!

This location is close to the airport, competitively price and helpful staff
On my initial trip on October, loved it. Both drivers from and to my car were polite and professional. What really made everything an amazing experience is the fact that unfortunately I couldn’t find my cameras extra battery and tripod which those two little pieces is over $100. I thought I lost it on my trip to Japan but then I realized I didn’t have it to begin with so then after almost a month I remembered the last place I had it was in one of the shuttles so I went ahead and prayed for the best and called. Christina picked up super nice took down my name and information, asked me to describe the items I was looking for, and that she was gonna take a look and give me a call back. Kurt the manager called me back, notifying me that he found it. excited literally the next day went in. He had it ready. So relieved and so grateful for their help. It may not sound like a big deal, but so many other businesses will find something in either chunk it or not even bother looking or be pleasant about it while helping you, but I’m so glad that was not my experience at all at any time at the parking spot #2.
