Thank you for making it so easy to get to and from the airport. I leave knowing my vehicle is in good hands and that you will be there to pick me up.

I parked under cover because of the snow coming in while I was away. I was delayed on my return and had to extend my reservation 3 days. No problem at the SPOT, just extend on the app it it was good to go. My car was snow free when I returned, and easy to get out.

Easy pickup and retrieval...although it took a little longer to be picked up at the airport than I would have desired. Arrived at the Parking Spot at 4:30AM...and was in the airport within 10 minutes.

Close to terinal. Easy in and out escept for having to enter freeway going east, make a U-turn before traveling west. Always a bus waiting or soon arriving to take me back to my vehicle from the terminal. Great service.

It is easy to make a reservation on line for the Spot using their app. We were in at 5 and out late but had no issues at all. We were in and out. The only suggestion would have better signage down below where we are picked up. It was hard to understand where to go. If you had you logo of the spots on a sign directing where to go from where we are at it would be so much easier. We kind of guess which way to go and luckily it was the right way.

Pleasant personnel, both in booth to pay & drivers .

When we dropped our vehicle off the van to take us to the airport was there in minutes. Driver was courteous and vehicle was clean. When we returned waited less than five minutes for pickup van to come. Again driver was very courteous and vehicle was clean. All in all great experience as always.

Convenient and reasonably priced. I like that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car. I particularly like The Parking Spot 2, as it's convenient to 285 and allows me to avoid the nightmare that is I-75/85.
