I like we don't have to wait for a shuttle, we get out of our car and someone is waiting. I also like when we leave the airport a shuttle is there. We quit using parking spot a few years ago because we would get off a long flight and there would be tons of people and just not enough shuttles. we took an uber to parkign spot twice. so we quit using you, but have come back the last year and it has been better so thanks for fixing it and having more shuttles.

It is very easy and convenient
Friendly team that greets us when we are picked up. They are quick to help load luggage onto the bus and they help getting it off the bus at the terminal. The same is true when our plane arrives. They help load our luggage and unload it to our cars.
It is easy to get into the parking spot. Shuttles are frequent and pick you up right at your car. The shuttle drops you off at your terminal.
On the return shuttles operate frequently enough that your wait outside is very short. The drivers are very helpful. They pull up adjacent to your car and assist you with getting your bags off the shuttle.
Overall the service is one of the better portions of air travel in and out of Sky Harbor Airport.
The services were super from pick-up at the parking spot #3 and the return from our trip.

Timing and friendly drivers
I had an issue with bird droppings on my truck while I parked there. The Assistant GM contacted me and made it right! I will continue to park with The Parking Spot. Addressing issues head on even how uncomfortable it maybe is something they take serious here. I sincerely appreciate them. Staff here is amazing!
