Your staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently I dropped my eyeglasses as I took my luggage from my car to walk to the jitney which I didn't realize this until I was in the terminal. But I called back to the site (North) and the staff found my glasses, and had them ready for me when I returned from my vacation a week later.
Fast and easy parking and pick ups

I use The Parking Spot South 4-5 times a year because they make airport travel so easy. When you arrive, they direct you to a numbered spot, the shuttle driver is there to pick you up in minutes. They give you a card with your spot number to give to the driver when you return, and it is a short 5 minute drive to the airport. On the return, the shuttle is usually there in under 10 minutes, and drops you off at your car. Their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend The Parking Spot South because they are a pleasure to deal with, and they just do it right.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly
Very convenient, the location is less than 10 miles away. Buses usually pick up within 5 mins of arrival to the parking area. Drivers always assit with luggage. This last time I was even reminded to lock my car door. I had forgotten to lock my door and they notice my tail lights were still on. Easy pickup on my return trip. I waited no longer than 5 minutes for a bus to pick me up from the arrival location. Again I was assisted with my bags. Love the free water when paying and leaving the parking area.

Parking is easy, and the shuttle to the airport convenient. However, upon arrival to LAX, it is not clear where to go to be picked up. On March 13, while waiting at the private shuttle zone on the departures level, a Sepulveda shuttle passed us by. We could clearly see that the shuttle did not have a lot of passengers.
Your service representative was very attentive to making sure our experience was a good experience. I appreciate Nate's effort to 'go the extra mile' on our behalf.
