I love that we are picked up at our car and dropped off at the airport. On return, picked up at airport (although this time the wait was a bit long but the driver make sure he apologized to each person) and drops off at our car. Drivers are always nice and very helpful.

The convenience of the location to the terminal along with the ease and convenience of taking the shuttle which picks us up at the car.

The only challenge currently, is the construction to the KC Parking Spot location, which is outside your control.

I like how friendly your drivers are and how quick my pick up was at the airport on my return trip. I also like the option that you can tip with a QR code on the bus now.

The app makes it easy to schedule reservations as well as locate shuttles. Staff are very helpful. I appreciate the covered parking option and how easy it is to enter and exit the facility.

I love that you are close and quick
I’m not really sure what happened on my return trip but I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the shuttle- which was so out of character. I got soon to the pick up spot and you were not there, thought I just missed the shuttle. Waited about 10 min then pulled up the app and it said you knew I was there and would there shortly, another 10 min passed. I called and was told the shuttle was as on the way, another 10 mn passed. Like I said this has never happened before - but thought you should be aware - it was Thursday 5/7 around 2pm
